Because course access grants immediate value, all sales are considered final once materials or online content are made available to the student.

Once course access is granted, purchases are non-refundable as a general rule.

Refund Eligibility & Conditions
We understand that circumstances change. The following conditions outline when a refund may be considered. All requests must be submitted in writing to texashealthcareacademy@gmail.com.
Full Refund — Within 72 Hours
A full refund is available if enrollment is canceled within 72 hours of purchase and before any course materials have been accessed.
⚠️ Partial Refund — First 3 Class Days
A partial refund may be considered if cancellation occurs within the first three scheduled class days, minus a $100 administrative fee.
🚫 No Refund — Accessed Content
No refunds will be issued for digital courses once any online content or materials have been accessed by the student.
🚫 No Refund — No-Shows
Students who fail to attend classes without prior notification are not eligible for refunds of any kind.
Full Refund — Academy Cancellation
If Texas Health Care Academy cancels a course, a full refund will be issued to all enrolled students promptly.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Life happens — we understand. To ensure fair access to all students and efficient use of resources, please follow our cancellation and rescheduling procedures below.
Give 48 Hours Notice
Contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled class to request a rescheduling without penalty.
Subject to Availability
All rescheduling requests are subject to seat availability and may incur additional administrative fees.
Forfeiture of Fees
Failure to notify us within the required window may result in forfeiture of all fees paid for that session.

Important: All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email to texashealthcareacademy@gmail.com to be considered valid.
